At The Villas at Sunset Lane, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring fairness to all guests and our small property operations. Please review the details below, effective June 14, 2024, to understand how cancellations, refunds, and special conditions are handled. We strongly encourage all guests to consider purchasing travel insurance for added peace of mind.
Property & Cancellation Policies
Cancellations are penalty-free when supported by the relevant documentation and result from:

Imposed travel or border restrictions beyond your control

Hurricane or storm-related force majeure that makes travel as scheduled impossible
Standard Cancellation Terms

14 days or more before check-in: No cancellation fee.

Between 14 and 7 days before check-in: 50% of the booking amount plus taxes will be charged.

Less than 7 days before check-in (including no-shows): 100% of the booking amount inclusive of taxes will be charged.
Special Promotions
Bookings made under a special discounted rate (indicated as special in the rate listing) require a non-refundable deposit equivalent to one night’s stay.

Full payment of any outstanding balance is required at the time of check-in.

Late check-outs are available up to 6:00 PM at a cost of USD 80.00 per room, subject to availability.
