2010 RATE SCHEDULE FOR DIRECT BOOKINGS

All-Inclusive Plan Includes:
- Accommodations
- Breakfast and Dinner
- Local drinks and house wine by the glass
- Check-in Time is 3:00PM – check-in minimum age is 18 years
- Check-out Time is 12:00 Noon
- The All-Inclusive Plan ends at 1:00PM on the day of check-out, any food or drink consumed after 1:00PM will be at an additional fee, payable to the resort
MINIMUM STAY:
- Four (4) consecutive nights for arrivals November 20-28, 2010 (Thanksgiving)
- Five (5) consecutive nights for arrivals February 13 – 27, 2010 (Thanksgiving) and December 19, 2010– January 2, 2011
Note: As a result of last minute bookings/cancellations, shorter stays may be available on request and as such, the above “minimum stay” policy
will be waived.
DEPOSITS
- 3 nights deposit to secure a reservation.
- Stays of 3 nights or less must be pre-paid.
- Visa and MasterCard credit cards accepted.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Canceled within 24 hours of arrival.........Full cost of the total room booking will be charged.
- Canceled between 1 and 6 days............50% of the total room booking
will be charged.
- Canceled between 7 and 14 days..........30% of the total room booking
will be charged.
CREDIT CARD REQUIREMENTS:
All guests are required to provide a credit card imprint at check-in for possible incidental charges such as bottled water, bottled wine, telephone calls and gift shop purchases.

POLICIES
NO smoking in the Villas at Sunset Lane!
Smoking is not allowed in The Villas at Sunset Lane. Guests who smoke indoors at The Villas at Sunset Lane WILL be charged a fee of $500 plus $150 per contaminated room to cover the cost of cleaning such room(s).
NO illicit drugs or hazardous materials are allowed on the Villa property.
Pets are NOT allowed in the resort.
PAYMENT POLICIES
Reservations and Confirmation
A 50% deposit is due 10 days after verbal confirmation of the reservation. When deposit is received, a written confirmation will be mailed, emailed, or faxed.
