The Villas at Sunset Lane is proud to introduce a special membership option called The VSL Private Residence Destination Club. The hotel, a newly constructed “all-inclusive” resort, is located on the beautiful island of Antigua & Barbuda and is scheduled to open Spring 2009. This luxury resort is an adult-only and smoke-free property located in close proximity to the beach, Dickenson Bay, one of the most attractive beaches on the northwestern side of the island. And for those of you who wish to test your luck, there is a newly opened world class casino within walking distance called The Grand Casino.
Advantages of membership:
- Flexible use of the club subject to the Club’s reservation policies
- Share the experience with your family and friends
- Subject to availability, you may reserve the additional townhouse to accommodate large groups
- You are allowed three (3) weeks of vacation for you and three guests
per year
- You can invite two additional guests for a charge of $250 per night
for each guest
- Opportunity to invite unaccompanied guests to use your reservation,
subject to our reservation policies

Cost of Membership:
- You pay a one-time membership fee, plus annual dues
- We ask that you remain a member for a minimum of three years. Should you change your mind about being a member, you will receive a refund.
- You can form a partnership with a family member(s) or friend(s) to control a membership – it will be up to you as joint owners to allocate reservations for that membership, in compliance with the Club’s reservation policies

Services* offered to you include:
- Concierge/Bellman/Daily housekeeping, all provided by our warm and friendly professional staff
- Back and neck massage treatments by appointment in the privacy of your room, or on the pool deck for you and one guest
- Manicure/Pedicure by appointment for you and one guest
- One session of horseback riding for you and one guest
- Two rounds of golf for you and one guest on one of Antigua’s championship golf courses. This 18-hole course lies amidst mature, tropical trees, with vistas of hills and the ocean providing an inspiring but challenging golf game. OR
- An island tour for you and one guest

Membership Fee Pricing
- Each of the two (2) townhouses will have a maximum of
eleven (11) members.
- The current membership fee is US$35,000.00 through 12/31/09
- A 75% refund of your Membership fee will be given to you if you choose to leave the club anytime after the third year of your becoming a member.
A 50% refund will be given to you if you leave anytime after ten years.
- Annual Dues is US$ 500.00 thru the end of 12/31/09.
- A late-payment fee of 10% is due and payable for annual dues that are received after the 15th January of the respective calendar year .
- All payments (Membership Fee and/or Annual Dues) are to be made by credit card, or wire transfer. Personal checks are not accepted.
Activities which are available for an additional cost are:
- Golfing
- Water Sports (e.g. Kyacking, surfing, jet skiing, parasailing, etc.)
- Sailing
- Inter/Intra island trips
- Boat Trips around the Island
- Horseback Riding
- Tours to Historical Cultural sites
- Seasonal Cultural Events (Carnival, Cricket, Jazz Festival, etc.)
RESERVATION POLICIES
- You can use your three (3) weeks of vacation time in blocks of one week,
two weeks or three weeks at a time.
- To secure the week you wish, it is recommended that you make your reservation early
- Open dates are reserved on a “first-come” basis.
- The high demand vacation times specifically, Christmas week and New
- Year’s week are on a rotating reservation system among members on a “first-come” basis. This is designed to give members equal access to these prime times.
- Check-in Time is 3:00PM – check-in minimum age is 18 years
- Check-out Time is 12:00Noon
- A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required at check-in for telephone and incidental charges
